SCOM 2012  Intergration with LanDesk

I was wondering how can we integrate with ticketing systems other than service manager ( Landesk)? Would you use the Operation Managers SDK to provide integration or would you just use Orchestrator?

The other approach would be to have a developer create something? If I went that route could anyone give me feedback on how that went?
